The Florida Keys has many great locations for your honeymoon destination. Drive the length of Rt 1 and you'll end up in Key West. The southernmost point on the North American continent. It never freezes there. The fishing is great all year round. The beaches aren't much but then there is a very active night life. There are a lot of very small and interesting Keys to explore. Key Marathon is not as far down and offers a little more layed back environment. The fishing is excellent and the diving fair. But it is very peaceful and quiet. You also have numerour residents there. Key Largo is the closest to Miami and offers numerous local bars and restaurants of color and of course the first underwaterpark in the U.S, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park . My son did is check out dives there numerous years ago. Many of the hotels there are one or two star hotels.
